Because, historically, notifications have been on ‘slips' (increasingly now sent electronically as ‘e-slips') we call this service Slipstream.

Slipstream is managed seamlessly through OASIS to enable you to make selections, place orders, download records, create provisional lists, forward information and allow selection or recommendation by individual librarians or faculty while retaining central administrative control.
