January 30th. iapprove Goes Live for Coutts Nijhoff International Plans We are delighted to announce that the CNI selection service for book approvals and slips is now live on the Coutts iapprove web interface. This will now enable libraries with selection plans for Benelux, Scandinavian and French approval and slip plans to view their outputs, change their profiles and place orders on-line. With Bookstream (book approval plan), selectors will be able to view their profile on-line, view provisional selections and books sent. Within Slipstream (new title notification plan), selectors will be able to make changes to their profile, receive slip notifications in their output file and create a shopping basket of titles for forwarding to the acquisitions department. Cecile Shmookler has
been appointed as Area Manager for North East USA. Cecile has worked in
cataloging and library services from our Niagara Falls, New York office
for the past 5 years and is a qualified librarian. Cecile will be making
contact over the course of the next few months and looks forward to meeting
